A little about them
I honestly have to say that I married my best friend. Our relationship grows stronger every single day. After becoming his wife, I fell in love all over again. In life, you go thru a lot of ups and downs but knowing that Joey is right there every time I wake up and every time I go to bed, no matter what it may be, its all worth it in the end. Joey is such an amazing man and I am so extremely lucky. The day he proposed, was just an ordinary day, a perfect day. It was a Tuesday and we went out to dinner like we normally do, it was our date night. We went to dinner and then we went on a dock under a hotel in Redbank, NJ where we went on our first night to just talk and get to know one another. We were on the dock for all of 3 minutes and I turn around and there he is, down on one knee. It wasn’t anything crazy, or over the top, it was just perfect.
Stephanie’s search for the perfect wedding gown: For my wedding gown, I knew exactly what I wanted, slim fitted and nothing but lace. In looking online, I found my perfect dress. I wanted something simple, but elegant and classy. The White Gown was the first and last place I looked for my dream gown.
Stephanie’s Favorite Moment of the Wedding: Every moment of our day was a favorite. Just seeing everyone there around us, showed us how much we are loved and seeing everyone having a great time made our day even more perfect than it already was.
Stephanie and Joey’s Vendors: Everyone that we used for our amazing day was the best decisions we have ever made. Every vendor from the bakery for our cake to the hall, was fantastic. They were so accommodating and wanted to make your day as perfect as it already was. You were number one and they were so sweet, that if we could, we would do it all over again just so we can work with everyone again and also dance all night
I just want to thank everyone that was involved and responsible for making our wedding, the wedding of our dreams. It was more perfect than I could have ever imagined and working with all of you, has made everything worth it whether the planning was good or stressful, every minute was extremely worth and we wish we could do it again. You guys are truly amazing and I couldn’t thank you enough for making our day so unforgettable then it already will be.

We’re continuing to get more gowns in from the new collections and we just can’t wait to share them all with you! This week we’re featuring Blue by Enzoani’s Evanston – a beautiful charmeuse gown in a slim, sheath silhouette. Our favorite details are the beaded straps, rouched bodice and beaded applique around the hips. Elegant and timeless, this gown is perfect for your wedding day!
We’d love to see this gown paired with either a chapel length, raw edge veil or a simple elbow length veil with a beaded edge. And what about venues, you ask? This gown would be amazing in a more formal, yet intimate venue like some of the New York City locations below:
We can’t help but love the Central Park Boathouse for any and all classic New York weddings.
And then there’s that other classic, park location, the Bryant Park Grill.
And finally, a venue that we’ve heard a lot about from our brides in the past few years, The Foundry in Long Island City.
Are you loving this gown? Make your appointment today to try it on in our store! Can’t wait to see you soon!
Congratulations to the happy Couple who got married in what looks like to us a dream wedding in France! Monique looked breathtaking in her Dayton Dress (By Blue by Enzonai). These images not only captured the beauty of the gown, but also the wonderful ambiance. Thanks Claire Eliza for these wonderful images.
Monique’s wedding was also featured in 100 Layer Cake Blog. To see more images click on the link!
Congrats again and thank you for sharing your special day with us.

We would like to thank our bride Monica who provided us with these beautiful photos taken by Marisa Finomore from Marisan Photography at The Frost Family Farm.
We can see that her wedding was a truly happy day and we are extremely honored to have played a part in that. Monica wore Berkeley by Blue (by Enzoani). We couldn’t have pictured her in a more perfect gown!
We here at The White Gown wish all the best to the new happy couple Monica and Zach.

Has everyone caught a glimpse of Kim Kardashian’s wedding style? We couldn’t help but peruse the pages of the latest People magazine and check out her three (yes, THREE!) gowns. When we saw the gown she wore down the aisle, we were pleasantly reminded of two of our very own beautiful gowns – Blue by Enzoani’s Dabra and Enzoani’s Fatima.
Both Dabra and Fatima feature beautiful lace bodices, dropped waists and amazing, full tulle skirts. Which is your favorite?
First up is Dabra along with a close up of the beaded belt and beautiful rouched waistline.
And this is Fatima! The dress features a fuller skirt then Dabra and a full lace bodice.
Do you love Enzoani and Blue by Enzoani gowns? So do we! So much so that we’re having a trunk show next weekend! That’s right, September 9-11 we’ll be featuring the amazing gowns from Enzoani and Blue by Enzoani at prices marked down up to 15% off! While we can’t guarantee that Dabra and Fatima will be included in the trunk show, we can guarantee there will be something for everyone! Click here to request your appointment today.

We met Rebecca back on April 15th of 2010 during her first appointment here at The White Gown. That day she had set her mind on Casablanca by Blue By Enzoani. An amazing choice don’t you think? She looked spectacular in her wedding dress in these beautiful photos taken by Charlotte Jenks Lewis Photography.
We couldn’t be more pleased that she not only looked amazing in her wedding dress, but that her wedding was a complete success. By looking through the images we can see the happiness not only on her face, but also on the faces of her fiance Matt and bridal party. Rebecca, you were a pleasure to work with and we wish all the best! Congratulations again.
*Her wedding was not only featured here at our own blog, but also featured on Style Me Pretty! Be sure to take a look at the rest of the beautiful images of Rebecca’s Connecticut Wedding. Enjoy!

On December 12th, 2010 Jenny& Todd wed at the Galapagos Art Space here in DUMBO Brooklyn. Her wedding had a flare of old school glamour with a modern twist. She also manages to capture the heart of Brooklyn by using the Brooklyn Bridge as a backdrop for her photographs. That bridge which unites the two worlds of easy going Brooklyn with the chaotic Manhattan. As the bridge unites those two worlds, Jenny and Todd united their two worlds on that beautiful day in December.Congratulations again and thank you for sharing your beautiful photographs with us.Her dress was Copenhagen by Blue (Enzoani) She was photographed by Angie and Matt from Entwined Studios in Manhattan.
